Anyone else thinking about taking a buyout?

when you take the buyout do you get all the pention you have already saved or is that basically here is 100 grand and get fucked? I would say stay if you like the job stay unless you don't make 100 grand in two years then take the buyout and pay some debt off and get into something else. if you don't have as many bills you can realistically take a job that pays less and be just as good off
