Now, my second question is what is the normal offset/wheel size for an 18" wheel on my mustang? reason i ask is because the wheels on my car are one off and came on the car when i got it. So im not sure of the width and offset specs, all i know is that its a 295 tire and 18"

I just look at some pics of my car and it looks like the wheels are set in a bit to much, like the offset is to small. And the inside of the driver rear tire rubs on the exhaust. So i was thinking of getting a spacer, any suggestions?

Here is some pics for ref:

flat black CCW classics. /thread.

what do i win??

oh, i like that front bumper though.

EDIT. whatever you get, you need lower offsets than what you have. an 18x10 +15/20 would look nice in the rear. prob a 9.5 +15 front would look sharp without sticking out too far.

saleens?

No!

Your car is different now and once you put those saleens on there your going to step down and be like 50% of all mustang owners.

CCW's or keep it the same Jon!

CCW's are the buisiness.

i still say matte black though. and no rubberbands like that clown has. ^^

It's easy to say CCW's but I'm sure he doesn't want to spend $3500 on wheels.

I prefer the SSR split 5 spoke

Just say no to Saleens!!!!

i dont know enough about mustangs and what people put on them to give any other advice aside from the CCW's.

im more into the Euro and ricer scene. BBS Rk's. ive seen those on mustangs, though something about them looks kinda odd. low offset BBS CH's always look good on BMW's.....? yes, im gonna make you guys google them.

i also like the polished boyd coddington smoothie II's.

Well, Im focusing on saleens, or some true forged, looking at some true forged ps'ed on my car just to see, i wont have money for a nice set of true forged wheels for a long time. And ive always loved saleens no matter how common they are.

I dont mind my wheels, they are different and color matched, but im trying to figure out what i can do to make them look better in the rear because i dont know the specs on them. They came with the car.

So can we focus this thread on the saleens (because i could afford those if i sold mine) and ro fixing the problem with my wheels and ps'ing the car to sit lower??
