Very nice looking car, price seems to be more around 10ish.
Her asking price is reasonable.

It's not a bargain but a decent price. Like any GM product it's going to start needing little things after 100k. Keep in mind when looking at C5s that a lot of the electronic gremlins were fixed by 2001. EBCMs before that are not repairable and go for $1500 used. Stick with '01+ if you can.

I thought I read that it was put back together using GM parts? That sort of threw a flag for me.

No, she had the work done at the dealer. Just did a rack and some a/c work.
