another timing question

95 mustang gt ,., timing still off i think , i know the score on the block and the score on the dizzy lined up should be at the stock setting of 10* right ? , well the score on the dizzy is under the dizzy hold down bolt and if i line them up my timing is at something around 20*btdc , so to get the dizzy in the right place with the score marks being lined up at 10* should i turn the rotor clock wise or counter clock wise ?
 
forget the marks your seeing. Bring #1 cyl to TDC compression stroke. Line up your dist rotor with #1 terminal on cap, start her up, advance the dist a little to get it to your 10* BTDC
 
i fixed it already , thanks thow , was 1 tooth off , lined the 2 marks and it was dead on 10* , keeping it at 10* for now to save on gas so i dont have to run 93octane
