It is an 1976 Opel Commodore with a 350TPI Chevy V8, normally the biggest engine in this from factory was a 3,0l V6

I was hoping to find more pics, but alas..

Nice! A guy I know who is in the German Air Force fixed up a 69 Mach 1 before bringing it to Germany. He also has an 88 foxbody like mine (same color and all) that was all fixed up that he brought with him. I wish I had a Mustang or Camaro in Japan when I was there. They love that stuff overseas.

Using cpr on a very old thread here.
Haven't been here for a long time, and suddenly remembered that i was a member here.
So I'm putting out some pictures I have taken while being away..
Sadly in the meantime I have been forced to sell my Cougar because I moved out from my parents house(I had a flat there),
and to an appartment nearer where i work.

But before I start with the american car pictures I would like to put out a picture of my workplace:
VolvoFHny003.jpg

This is a 2012 Volvo FH 540 6*4

And one of mine and the other we got at the same day

mine to the left, the one on the right is a 2012 Volvo FH16 750 6*4

And now to american cars:

This is a real Shelby, the owner ahve had it for 20 years now I think. And wasn't finihed restoring it when I took this.

Not a car, but has an V8 in it, a B36 I think from Volvo

Looking at your first set of pics, I thought I took a snap of the same Trans Am but in Fredrikstad. The one I shot has an older plate though so it's definitely different.

I think this was the most unique American car I came across during my time there (this was in Bergen).

Thank you for the nice comments.
I will probably buy a new(old) car this summer. I have a few cars that I will check, but it will not happen until the summer..

Man, I love the moose catchers on the trucks! :D

thank you. It improves the look as well as the safety. I wanted one since i drive much at night,
and one of these may be the difference between being stationary after hitting an elk or being able to drive further..

Some more pictures from carshows and other things I've been to the last year.

My new truck

Car show last year.

My daily driver with new rims last year

A Cougar I spotted in december

AN american truck i saw

Was quite a bit of snow that came during 2 weeks this winter where I live

A Car for sale in the town I live

Some other cars standing outside the dealer(they sold SAAB and Subaru), all Turbo's

The 99Turbo is quite rare now

A 900/9-3 Viggen I think, or an Aero

Spotted on the way into Oslo

My "new" vintage car; a 262C Bertone with a B21ET instead og the crap B27. Means that its got an original 240 Turbo engine.

Went to a carshow with it and parked beside another one, that had a big sunroof. The one behind that is an original 242GT

Came over this article about the 4th of July cruising in Lillestrøm.
Over 3000 american cars cruising and also a car show at the same time.

http://wtraveltogether.com/4thjuly/

Also the norwegian american car club celebrates its 40th year this year, so they had a tour of whole of Norway.
A over 7000km long roadtrip with two american trucks and also some special cars, will put out pics from when they visited my parents home town when I get them uploaded.
