Alfaobd just added this app to my laptop for fca vehicles

does some really cool stuff, I downloaded it to program keys, plus it makes my laptop a scan tool for all vehicles with the obd cable, I got. So if anyone needs help with keys programmed or stuff changed on their fca vehicle let me know.

What kind of enhancements will it do on a 2012 Durango?
 
update on the "alfaobd" program, it added more feature to my ram with my backup camera being able to see it while moving fwd, also changed splash screen in my cluster, TPMS options, (turn them off) does lots of little updates neat tool, for Stellantis vehicles.

I've used alfa to change a bunch of stuff on my Ram. I re calibrated my air ride sensors with false measurements to level my truck instead of buying the adjustable links. I have yet to successfully change my splash screen, however I do like the "Limited" screen it has. I've been playing with calibrating my speedometer for my 35's I got close but still need to dial it in closer but it's better than it was. Also turned off my seatbelt chime. It'll still light up the dash, but doesn't dig constantly if I have something in the passenger seat heavy enough to set it off. If you have a US market truck you can turn on the DRLs with Alfa also, mine is a Canada market truck so they were already set to on, but you can turn up/down brightness of them. My backup camera I can turn on momentarily while driving forward but it's speed/time limited. If I turn on the backup camera while in drive stopped at a light, it while stay on until I leave the light. I haven't checked what MPH it turns off at. Also setup 2 new/spare keyfobs. I've heard you can make your TIP key vehicle a proximity keyless fob vehicle and turn on the settigns with alfa, but my truck was already proximity fob so I never looked into it. HUGE thread about it on ramforum.
 
I still need to mess around more with the app on my truck. I know there's a ton of stuff I can do that I want to do. Just haven't found it or taken the time to find it. I still need to turn off my park sensors with Alfa so it's not dinging at me when I start the truck to notify me that they're off with the button on the dash. And I think (could be wrong) I read that you could remove the restriction of address entry while moving (Allowing a passenger to use the Nav while someone is driving)
 
Another good one is JScan, which can be used on Android with a bluetooth dongle. Used it in my 2008 WK to remove the TPMS warning light (I still get a single chime at startup, but no idiot light), and also used it to recalibrate my speedo for my tire size. It's cheap at like $30 or $40. The WK/XK guys love it.
