I understand all of you with not accepting a Check and letting the car go. I was not clear and anything I have ever bought it went down like this..

-Look at car
-Put substantial deposit (get written receipt from seller)
-Next day get certified check for balance - give to owner (get written receipt)
-When Check clears, pick up

Alot of people have the money, just not on them! Shit I had to wait a day once when I bought my boat as my local bank would not give me $11K Cash on the spot (had to wait 1 day) :dontknow:

i will sell a car that way! once the check clears it there's! hell i just sold a duster to a guy in california on ebay last year and it went really smooth! he sent me a check once it cleared he had a trucking company come pick up the car!
 
so just to let everyone know i will take a check but they won't get the car until it is cleared thru the bank!

as far as all this shit goes with this (kevin) guy his buddy wanted me to bring the car to his house and i said i would'nt i rather him come pick up the car! so if that makes me out to be an asshole well then i guess i am! i already was giving a hell of a deal on the car at least the guy could do is pick the thing up! i would del. but i would have to charge him gas is over $3.00 gal. all i know is if i was to buy a car i would make the arrangement's to pick up the car or have it del. i would not ask someone to do it free! but that's just me! shit last year i drove to tenn. to buy a truck 15hr's one way! i did not have a problem picking it up and i did not ask the guy for gas money! i wanted the truck so it's my responibilty to pay for the gas not his!i did ask the guy if he could meet me half way he said no pick-up only so i want it got it! (because i wanted it!)

I have cash so I guess I'll just keep posting here since that's your criteria.

Look at the chronology of the comments, I said that after you called him a bullshitter, time waster, etc...

When I meet someone I always give them respect unless they treat me like a jerk. If/when they do, I treat them in kind. I guess that's why I frequetly set myself up for disappointment thinking other people treat will fellow human beings the same way I do. Truth is some people are just plain assholes.

As far as your car goes, I have a check for $7500 here for you. I was on the phone with Bob & Vortech when he was describing the sounds coming from your blower. They told us it's definately not normal, stay away.

I've bought and sold tons of stuff on this board and hold everyone I have dealt with in high regard. Easily over 100k in vehicles. Over 40k in the last 6 months alone.

And then there's you. Mr big baller that always pays cash yet can't buy his next toy without selling a 12.5k mustang. Who wants a mustang that needed a rebuild at 3x,xxx miles and was traded. It must have lived a sweet life. I can't believe people aren't jumping all over this.

Good luck selling your rebuilt motor car with the noisy blower. If anyone has any common sense they will steer clear. If you treat potential buyers like a dick, It's not too hard to imagine how you will treat some poor bastard once you have their money.

i called vortech and talked to their tech guy about this blower they said . the v2 E trim blowers are t-trim cases with sq internals and they make a gear noise THE TECH GUY I TALKED TO SAID IT IS NORMAL.

I don't get why this guy is babbling on and on still. The car has a built shorblock in it to handle more power than the weak stock stuff. What is so hard to get about that. The car has been modded. If anything this is a good thing. Mark is a straight forward stand up type of guy. It's your problem if you guys were too narrow minded to make up a deal with him that would please both parties.

i just called vortech about my e-trim blower the guy's name that i talked to was moliano and he said the e-trim will make noise at an idle because of gear to gear compentent's which my cobra does!

you and butt buddy bob must have called a different vortech company! or maybe you to little bitch asses must be making shit up! what ever the case is i no what vortech said so i could give a fuck what your little fag it ass or bob's little fag it ass say's about my car! esp seeing's that your ass has never seen it! also i have a lot of ford guy's that i hang with and they said it's common! i just wish they knew as much as you and your bitch friend know's! also i was just wondering if the car was such a peice of shit why did fag boy bob want to buy it for 13k (with a check)? just wondering!

That noise is not coming from the blower, it is from the hamsters running in the cage under the hood. Just put some PB Blaster on the bia and the noise will go away.:bowrofl:

In all seriousness I have ridden in this car and for the low amount of boost it pulls hard. I don't know why people have to knock a car they have never seen. Mark I still say keep it and turn up the boost!!!!!:rockwoot:
