Ran awesome before I started the project, I need to free up some money to build a trans for the 12v.

Wiring will need to be finished before you can start/ride it so it will need to be trailered home.
Front brakes stick, its a common issue and should just need the master cylinder cleaned. Rear brakes should be done because as far as I know it is original.
