I have my 3 BR house in Ypsi up for rent, 4 car garage with air compressor, you pay electricity, I'll leave the compressor :sagrin:

First two bays are walled off with AC/heat.

Anyway, easy access to I-94 at Huron or Rawsonville, 5-10 minutes from EMU.

I will stick to the $1200 a month for MM guys.:thumbsup:

If the MM gods don't want this posted on the site feel free to remove :redface:

Yup, just East of Harris, I'm on the West:thumbsup: I grew up over by Mansfield/Mich Ave. Moved over here just after high school:buds:
 
I'd rather sell, but... with all the comps in the hood at such low prices, forclosed, I can't sell for shi$. PM me if really interested in buying outright.

Bump, somewhat negotiable, if someone doesn't need the garage at all ($900). If someone wants to only use half the garage($1100).
