4.6 or 5.0?

do your self a favor, look in the garage sale forum and see how many 302-351 parts you can find vs. mod motor parts....dime a dozen.

So basically they just but the fox engine in the sn-95 body? So any 5.0 part for say a 91 Fox will fit a sn-95 car? Well besides things like headers and a CAI.

Yes and No, Only the 94 and 95 Gts are the 5.0 cars. And yeah, exhaust may be different for catback and mid pipe, but i belive that the headers are all the same...the fox and the Sn95 are much same car as far as the internal structure like the K member, engine bay, and trans tunnle im pretty sure, someone correct me if im wrong.

Not really. SN95 is FoMoCo terminology for the name of the program. Every car line has a program designation. SN95 is the Mustang from 1994-2004. 2005+ Mustang is S197....

:pow:
See: Post #32.

And the next time you try to correct me I'm going to hit you with a bolt of fucking lighning and send your half Guinea ass back to 1985!!!!

yea theyre probably pretty good.

i think the main CON about the 94-5 with the 5.0 was the weight compared to the fox. a lot more weight for the same motor.

The reason you dont find aftermarket parts for mod motors is that you dont need them. The stock heads can be made to flow over 300 cfm intake/260exhuast (on a little 3.5" bore).

I wouldnt mess with a 2V. Dont get me wrong, they can be made to work...but it isnt as easy as addding forged rods/pistons and forced induction on a 4V.

Mike, it's just easier to agree with me. If it's raining out, and I say it's beautiful and sunny, it's just easier to agree on it being beautiful and sunny.

Corral.net says 94-04

For the 94/5 cars headers, mid pipe, and catback are different than fox cars the CAIs are different unless you do the fox conversion for the intake being as it has a 45% or so elbow so that the air intake clears the factory strut tower bar, you can swap everything over to fox body style parts but you have to remove the factory strut bar

What heads do you have? B, C, or 03/04 or navi??

back in the day, they were knowledge based... or at least more than most sites..

a lot of the 'smart' guys went to modular depot..

modularfords.cm isnt bad either..

...Ever notice suspension/chassis parts are for 79-04? ;)
Yep. For example, Rear LCAs and UCAs are interchangeable on 79-04 Mustangs. But not everything is the same under there.
