2013 College Basketball Thread

Your uniforms are bad and you should feel bad.

This definitely has the feel of one of those games that will be decided in the final 90 seconds.

Yeah kinda like the ones I saw Florida wearing a couple times. I could do without the shoes, but I think the jerseys look alright.

Anyone else think the CBS broadcast seems kinda blurry today? I have a really nice 55" Samsung LED and usually everything looks great on it, but the standard elevated view looks kinda out of focus to me today on this broadcast. Close ups look normal and very sharp.

Yea it does look a little funky. I noticed that earlier as well. Sammy LED 6 series as well Camera is struggling with all the bright uniforms.

Albricht or whatever his name is is always out of control. He needs to settle down.

Yeah I agree... It's not as bad as it was in the beginning for me when I was staring at my computer a bunch, but it's not as crisp as usual. Broadcast just isn't the best today, they seem to vary from day to day. Floor isn't as solid as usual I don't think either. Sometimes the broadcast from The Palace on FSD won't look quite as good as it does on some other nights as well. I'm no tech expert, but I assume it's something to do with the broadcast or how they have the camera setup.

Yup. They actually looked for rebounds. That's something very encouraging going into the Tourney. Hopefully Purdue blew their load on Wisconsin and we can take down IN the last game for a solid spot going into the B1G tourney and NCAA Tourney

MSU lost to the team that Penn State beat... let that sink in for a minute.

it was a 1pt win. Lets not get out of hand. it was a wild finish that could have gone either way.

Doesn't matter. Still lost to the team that lost to PSU.

MSU also is on a 3 game slump. With Wisc losing to Purdue, that game is now going to be very interesting.

I'm not bothered by that. Better than being the team that lost to Penn St. Let that sink in.

It was a good game. Trey Burke was the difference. He'll be one and done. I'm proud of MSU coming back from 10-points down with 4:30 minutes to go to tie things up at 56 at a chance to win at the end.

We didn't hit a single 3. That's also comforting.

Yeah that was bizarre and surprising. We played very hard and we were active defensively. Still gave up a lot of offensive boards though. I think the extreme offensive boards given up by Michigan and the extreme amount of turnovers by MSU kinda cancelled each other out.

So, we beat msu at home in football with out a touchdown and at home in basketball with out a 3 point shot made. Kind of weird. I watch a ton of basketball, I don't remember seeing a team win a game with out making a 3point shot.

It would actually be 2 and done, but he's definitely leaving after this year I'm sure of that.
21 pts, 4 boards, 8 assists, and 5 steals for Trey... Yeah it's safe to say he was the difference maker, beast game.

Latest ESPN mock draft I looked at had my Pistons taking Gary Harris 9th overall (not a pick I really like) so you guys could very well be losing a very good player as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Payne left also he has the kind of game NBA scouts look for at the 4.

I would love to see state lose Harris.
