2010 BDW Thread

That is awesome! Andy, only doing pictures when Josh needs me to now. He's got his own little camera and it does pretty well as you can see. :)

They all look real nice, Josh. Matt still taking photos for you?

Thanks man. Any pics with my logo on it or of me welding he took. I made a light box and Matt suggested this little Canon point and shoot that's really done the trick.

Here's a BMW sculpture I just did. Kid of went a different direction with it, to keep it smoother. The newer 6 series is kind of odd....it's almost looks like a Mustang with a hint of 911 shape, at least from the side.

This is a 1989 Chenowth DR2V

When Michael Gaughan raced this car in the 90s, the crew nicknamed it the Trophy Truck Killer due to it's desert dominance. At that point I believe it had a Porsche 6 cylinder in it. Rory Ward bought it a couple years ago and rebuilt it, and he also swapped out the old mill for a GM 5.3 that pushes high 300s. He recently won his class at the Baja 1000 and the Laughlin Desert Run.

And he commissioned me to do this:

the headers

The engine

trophy truck killer is badass.

The new cuts on the tires look great even on the one motorcycle.

Been following your threads for the last few months and every bike looks better and better. Great Job.

V-Rod :D

It's been fun watching your work progress over the past 2 years. Do you have a big inventory now? Or are most of your projects comissioned deals?

Thanks man!

Basically my inventory is here: http://www.browndogwedling.etsy.com

I was able to build it up last summer, but I really haven't been adding to it much lately, other than the weekly bike I do to sell for charity. Almost all of my projects over the last few months have been commissioned.

These are sooooooooo sweet! The Trophy Truck Killer is my favorite sculpture so far. The recent bikes you've made are absolutely amazing, too.
