Got a 2002 Jag X-type that just started running rough and almost stalling out when engine just started and temp low. When coolant temp rises to operating temp idol and power normalizes. i am throwing the following codes. I taught maybe the intake gaskets might be failing leading to multiple misfires? Had a coil issue a few months back but only threw codes for that cyl. changed coil and problem went away. is it likely 3 coils failed at same time? any ideas?

P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P1316 Misfire Rate Exceeds Emissions
P1646 Linear O2 Sensor Control Chip (Bank 1)
P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
P0333 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit High Input (Bank 2)

Look at the short and long term fuel trims. If it runs ok when cold then it's a closed loop fault and less likely to be a vacuum/coil failure. I'd look at that O2 first. It could be reading lean and causing the PCM to dump fuel. If those two cylinders are missing hard enough it can trigger other cylinders to show a false misfire

Unfortunately I only have access to a cheep obd2 dtc scanner that has no live data. The misfire is worse in the morning when engine cold. Would a gasket leak in the imt valves cause a misfire situation?

Turned out to be lower intake gasket. Replaced upper, lover and valve cover gaskets. All new coils and plugs and she runs like new.
