2000 LS Powered Turbo Saleen build

Lol, and Matt, that was outside with the turbo off the car, it was just shooting the exhaust straight up and out of the flange. I honestly don't think it's going to be too loud

this will be one of the best mustang gt's on woodward when it's done. i like it. any updates?

Thanks! It's a pretty wild build for sure and I've had alot of fun putting it together. No real updates aside from having to pull off the intake tonight so I could plumb the AN fittings for the front and rear steam vents in the heads.

Pretty damn sweet hearing it running, even happier seeing the tach working! I'm actually in the middle of putting a write up together on how all the wiring was done. Really can't wait to see this thing out driving!

Mounted my shifter where the cup holder used to be, now I need to fab up something to block the old opening. I really like the location though, feels alot more natural. Shitty thing is that it now seems as if my starter has gone out...fml

Any of you guys ever have problems getting AN fittings to seal up? Ive got 1 fitting on the radiator that leaks like crazy, and its completely tightened down, its actually leaking from either this little pin that holds the fitting together, or the neck between the 45* section and where you tighten it down. its like its a bad fitting.

Yep the bitter the fittings the more prone to problems is what I've found as well. You can try to take it apart and put it back together or just buy a new one. It sucks.

I've probably got 100 AN fittings on my car and probably 2-3 gave me trouble (two -12s and one -16).
