Rebuilt 46RE 4-Speed Auto

Body is good shape has a couple of small dings and normal bubble rust spots on fender corners due to bumper (same problem w/ all 97-2000 dakotas)
New bumper comes with the truck, will install prior to purchase

Spray on Bedlinner
Gaylord's Fiberglass Tonneau comes with the truck, currently I do not have the correct hardware to install it but will move on it pending a sale.

Lowered 3" front 4" rear, comes with stock height springs than you can install if desired.
The rear is dropped with 2" blocks so new u-bolts would be needed to get back to stock height.

Clear Corners in the front and rear, stock rears and an extra set of headlights come with the truck(housings are getting a little foggy, these are much better).
GT HID's, 5K in color installed recently.

Python 2-way Remote start and keyless entry installed with a new remote.

Audio:
MTX Thunderform enclosure (hidden under the rear seat) with 2x 10" Subs
All door speakers replaced with alpine aftermarket speakers.
Jensen 7" Flip-out DVD player with iPod hookup, not touchscreen.
Alpine 450W amp

Mopar branded K&N Cold Air Intake installed as well as the exhaust being replaced from the cat back.

Leather Seats installed from a durango.

Stainless Grill inserts for the top and bottom.

Recently repaired:
Brakes were recently done by the previous owner
Gabriel Sensa Track shocks installed by previous owner but honestly add to the rough ride of the truck.
Driver's front wheel bearing replaced with timken hub assembly

The bad:
The seats do not fold forward
The R/T stripe is fading and should be replaced, the tonneau does not have a stripe so it would be a good time to do a full wrap-around.
Tires will need to be done before next winter, they are 255/60/r17.

I have some Small Block Mopar parts that can be added if the buyer wants, these include
TRW Forged Low Compression pistons ~7.5-8.5:1 depending on the heads.
HVLP Oil pump
Double Roller Timing Chain
Hooker Headers from a B-Body, they may or may not drop in but they are available.
Extra stock cam, a set or two of lifters and two sets of pushrods
Teardown kit for an LA360, everything should work for the longblock minus the intake.

I've also got the original sales recipt and window sticker for what its worth.

These are from just before winter:

Let me know what happens with jeff, but I'm interested in the truck. . .

I will keep everyone updated, thank you.

I added my responses from xceedspeed too in case anyone was wondering.

Nice Dodge. I love the 97+ Dakotas. Pmed.

Thank you, I will post some better pictures once I get a chance. PM returned.

Nice dakota!

Thank you!

5000 indeed as someone had said.
Technically the tonneau and bumper have not been painted so if someone wanted to take them as is with no hardware to install it (I have been in contact with a rep at gaylords to get some.) the price would be negotiable and reflect me not having to pay to have them painted.

All PM's responded to, if I did not I assure you it is not personal just yell and ill get back to you.

Someone had asked me about gas milage, I usually average around 18MPG but it can vary from 14-21 depending on how I drive.

Updated pictures of the rust/dents

Front view, you can see the clear corners, as well as the rusted front bumper.

Jensen Flip-out, also comes with TV tuner (needs digital tuner if you want to use it, as well as a reverse camera)

Dent on the passenger side of the bed, fairly certian the Tonneau will cover this.

Rear bumper

Top of the tailgate, covered by the tonneau as well.

Rear bumper
IMG00150.jpg

The worst part, IMO, on the truck since it is not on the bed/bumper
IMG00151.jpg

shows the grille and bumper better.

I appologize for being behind on responding to PM's and E-mails, I will sit down and respond to everyone tonight. Been super busy.

Bump

Still for sale, would like to get into something AWD or 4x4 (or maybe the right turbododge/conquest)

New rotors and Pads since the last turned out to be a hack job
180* Thermostat Installed
Autolite 3923 Plugs Installed (One step colder than stock)
Tonneau Painted and Installed, the paint really needed another coat but it works
Bumper painted and Installed (Came out much better than the tonneau)
Rear clear corners installed with LED light so it doesnt look like an Altezza.
Replaced the rear Cargo Light/Third brake light with an all red from an '03
Replaced the TV Cable (Clip broke on the last one)
Mopar Performance Computer specific for '99 R/T installed (increases shift points, revises spark curve and fuel, shuts off compressor at WOT, Runs much stronger with this on but requires 91 or better octane)
Original PCM included

Edit: No BMW's =P

Bump, its spring and I've still got it.

Mods done since last June:

Performance:
-K&N intake replaced with Mopar performance air cleaner (trade off warm air for more cfm)
-HiPotek 53.6mm throttle body (Stock is 48mm at its narrowest point)
-Mopar performance M-1 4bbl intake (no more belly pan leaks)
-Underdrive pulley removed (wouldn't charge at idle with the audio stuff going)
-MSD 8.5mm wires, Brass cap and rotor.
-Tuned by Sean Powell aka Hemifever, 3 tunes come with the truck.
First is a 93 octane street tune, makes considerably more power than the MP PCM past 2500 rpm.
Second tune is a 93 octane tune for towing. Truck has never towed anything but comes with a new street scene hidden hitch.
Third tune is 87 octane for when you wanna save money on gas. (I've never ran this tune so I wont promise it wont ping)
For $100 you can upgrade the tuner from Sean and he will custom tune it for life for no extra charge.

Not installed but comes with asking price:
-Brand new street scene hidden hitch
-Never used PPH Headers, they retailed for something like $700. They have some surface rust starting from sitting but its just cosmetic. Come with Y-pipe as well. All chrome.
-Brand new Motive 4.56 gears with the super install kit (timken bearings) with oil and sure grip lube. Comes with a new chrome differential cover. Paid 270 last time I had gears put in. All hardware to install the ring and pinion are included. Just pay for labor
-Custom A/C line to clear superchargers.
-New front facial, was told it was race trends from the seller but have talked to some Dakota owners and none have seen it before.
- HVLP Oil pump unsure if the stock has ever been serviced but pressure is good currently
-Double roller timing chain, the stock one is known to wear and stretch unsure if it was ever replaced.

Other:
-MBRP Cuda style roll pan installed, comes with tips but they are not installed currently.
-15 inch wheels with Firestone Winterforce tires are included, they were brand new in November.
-In the process of replacing the summer tires, the fronts are new Federal SS595 in 255/50-17 the rears need replacing, rears will either be Nitto NT450 in 275/50-17 or Federal SS595 in 255/55-17.
-Wheels are painted semi-gloss black with a red lip. Cheap paint job, just wanted to see how it would look before I got them powdercoated.
-Black bumblebee stripe installed that wraps over the tonneau. Stripe is same as 69 superbee so it has to be modified to fit the trucks lines. Comes with vinyl cleaning kit.
-Clear tails removed (still come with sale) replaced with Nightshaded stockers with Silvania super white bulbs.

Things it needs:
-The bearing on the A/C compressor needs to be replaced so currently it is bypassed, come with a new belt to include A/C after it is repaired.
-It will need new rear shoes and drums this year. Would be a good time to convert to disc if desired.
-It leaks a very small amount of oil from the rear of the intake, the intake manifold needs to be removed and reseated, if you have ever done an intake install on a small block Mopar you know the leak.

Performance wise the only real bolt-on left would be Harland Sharp 1.7 rockers, should be high 13's with them plus all parts included but not installed.

Trades I would consider:
Chrysler Conquest
Spirit R/T
Other Turbo Dodge.
94-2000 Cummins Truck
AWD Laser

Milage is now 152k

Also I have a Grand Cherokee Recall Electric fan that is brand new that will come with the asking price as well. Flows 3000cfm and I can get you in touch with a local guy who makes the install kit for a 99.
