i lowered it 3 inches in back and 1 in front and it sits and launchs alot better now!! as for the motor it is getting trashed and making room for an lq4.

also made the mistake of pulling out the stock seats and selling them to a friend to put in racing seats!! so uncomfortable!!! my kirkey seat was more comfortable then these racing bucket jap crap apc seats lol

totally agree with you!! my motor is up for sale on cl right now!! just waiting for it to go then comes the chevy:)

You have a camshaft that is designed for an engine with a different stroke and you look to be running stock heads? You honestly probably took power away from it. I wouldnt go the chevy route just yet. Maybe set up the ford you have correctly. Not being a dick, just trying to help you.

not 100 percent sure what you mean i have an idea but if you could explain just alittle more that would be great

Cmon ryan you no that ford wont out run a chevy lol

Ok. Specs on the 351.

My last 351w (357ci) went 10.80's on motor and 9.60's with a 175 shot at it. Performer rpm heads 12:1 compression @ 3150lbs. They CAN run! This was done with a tko600 5 speed.

a 351 can run really good with good parts that work together at a minimum id get the heads done if its a roller motor there probably e7tes if im not mistaken and they can be worked pretty good thats all i have in my car is those heads and a performer cam and it runs pretty strong considering its a bone stock bottom end

It sounded like a 2:73 or 3:08. My buddy has a 302 with aluminum heads running low 10's on the motor and Its a stock bore & srroke.
