Well, I decided that this car really isn't for me. I can't stand watching my dad drive his mustang around anymore especially when mine used to make his look slow, now I'm itching to get back behind the wheel of a 5.0 I don't care about gas mileage or what its like in the snow anymore, I miss the feeling of having that power, so... The bimmers gotta go.
I bought it from a kid who worked at a BMW yard in Detroit, and was a technician student at Washtenaw himself, so he took good care of the car, before him a BMW technician owned it and rebuilt the motor but I was never shown any papers so i just trusted he was telling the truth, it runs and drives like thats true. So here's the specs
1988 BMW 325ix AWD 5 speed
2.5L inline 6
Bilstein suspension
aftermarket wheels, not sure of the model or make but they're in good condition
power windows, manual locks, power sunroof
new rebuilt half shafts on the front axle
Leather interior in decent shape, glove box is currently pulled out, the latch broke and i havn't found a new one yet.
Bad:
Needs new tires relatively soon, even in the snow with the low tread on the tires the AWD pulls right through it anyway i had no problems during a 6 inch snow fall this winter.
Glove box will need to be put back in (3 screws once the latch is replaced)
Needs an alignment, getting that done this week most likely
Passenger side fog light lense broke when i slid into a snow bank, wires broke and i havn't fixed it yet
Odometer froze up at 141,9xx
Trying to think if I'm missing anything, just ask me if you're wondering anything else.
Thanks for looking,
Tony

call if you want, PM me if needed, or just reply to the thread. I'll be checking all of them
Ipod hook up to the radio, sound system is pretty good for what it is.
