I've seen this quite a bit with Mopar's...
I knew a guy a while ago who bought a similar car on Ebay, it was a vert though.
Same thing, floors were bondo'd in with cardboard patch panels, crap like that....
Ridic...

If I'm buying a car for that kind of money, its easily worth an extra $500 or whatever to go fly and check it over yourself.

You nailed it. That describes this car and after I saw it, I don't think I'd EVER buy a car without seeing it in person.
 
A guy I know bought it through ebay from New Jersey. He immediately (like within a couple weeks) resold it for a HUGE loss as he could not rip someone off the way he was ripped off. Ebay would not help because the car was too old. That's all I know.
