He should get sued for this, its total BS. if you were an out of state buyer taking their word for it i'd flip.

If I'm buying a car for that kind of money, its easily worth an extra $500 or whatever to go fly and check it over yourself.

You nailed it. That describes this car and after I saw it, I don't think I'd EVER buy a car without seeing it in person.
