1969 Nova LS3 Powered

I geuss i can`t call you out in the spring.......its going to take you 2 years to get it tuned now.........be ready to loose all your hair now.....

why will it take 2 years? and why will he lose his hair? serious question.

It just seems that blow through carbs with big turbos don`t work well...Look at Phil (Straightshotperformance) i`m always at the track when he is and i have never seen him make a clean full pass...Thats why guys want to race him for $......i also had another freind with a simular set up and he gave up and sold everything after loosing lots of hair..lol

shit didnt realize it was blow through! no disrespect to the owner, but i am NOT a fan of blow through stuff at all, i totally agree with you two!

Casey its taken u 3 years and every day we lose ore hair lol

lmao thatll happen when you keep changing the combo every couple of months hahaha. and as far as the hair i dont have any at all right now, shaved er again on saturday. down to the skin.

I have heard nothing but good about the CSU carbs, one of my friends has been running one on his F3 car for years ?

I havent purchased the carb yet either, and my fallback was going to megasquirt, which I have used in the passed and works awesome for race cars.

^IF those heads said mozez on them, and there was a fogger or 2 and a plate kit on there we'd be on to something.

It sounded pretty good for having 4 mufflers....

Iron LS3? I would not recommend taking an iron 6.0 block out to 4.065..

Yes sir. I'm boring my LQ4 out to 4.065. Many have done it. All you have to do is get the block sonic checked for core shift. Most blocks are safe, few may not be. Its best to pay the $100 to have it checked. Its posts all on LS1TECH of speed shops and individuals that have done it! Nothing to it

Here's a vid of a 6.0 thats been bored .065 over and stroked http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaFhB4SAkdc&feature=player_embedded

personally I wouldnt go more than 30 over, Im not really a bore guy though, if I did a short block I would go 10 over and do crank rods and pistons. that is just me though.

I think a+.005 is a shelf piston and i think a +.010 is a custom piston and big bucks maybe so ask when you order pistons......

Also wheres all the pics and updates ??
