I'd love to throw a little 1" spacer lift on it and find some tiny mud tires. They can't be very expensive?

Right, that's all most people would ever need unless you're a serious wheeler.

Which site are you using to price these out?
I don't get employee pricing though. Supplier I think but not employee.
I was at Sellers in Novi yesterday to pick up my truck (warranty blah blah) and looked at a few cars on the lot.. I figure they've got to be discounting those suckers as the sticker prices literally had me laughing. Not sure the name I was looking at but it was basically an Impala sort of car with a BMW sticker.
I just got it a week ago... but I am quite impressed with it so far. I love the styling, it's comfortable and loaded, engine is sporty enough.
I'd actually like to take it off-roading somewhere and see what it can do. It's not a Trailhawk, so it doesn't have the 4LO lock... but it does have a 4WD lockout and the mud/sand/snow settings.

I was thinking about a Cherokee trailhawk or Compass trailhawk for my next DD. Both are capable of towing what I need and the lease prices are hard to beat.
I doubt I'll be getting another GM after my fiasco with this one, and if I do I know it won't be from Sellers!
I’m gonna go window shopping this weekend at a Jeep dealer, Detroit style what dealer did you use?
Sweet I’ll get ahold of him, thanks
FCA employee discount seems a little harder to get now
For non FCA employees ?
Hes a memeber but I don’t know his screen name off hand.
Oh I'm not knocking the vehicles at all, the price point simply far exceeds my interest in them. I look at those at $30K cars tops. And maybe that's just my mind stuck in a different era, but that's just how I look at it. I mean $45K for a boring midsize grocery getter? I just can't see it. Probably would be interested if the lease deals were smoking hot.Truth be told the new Lacrosse are a super nice product...No one can sell these things right now so their solution? Bring out an even more expensive version of the Lacrosse (Avenir) that already isn't selling LOL
Francis at golling is the the man.
Oh, man. There is blood coming to the auto industry..... Keep your powder dry, and quit supporting .Gov Motors.
When nearly every new car on the road is a lease, and lease prices are based on monthly payment, you know something is seriously fucked up.
The approach is different now is what I attempted to say. Personal debt is through the roof, personal savings is nearly nonexistent. People lease cars based on what they can 'afford' per monthly payment. Because there's such a shortage of used cars (thus inflated prices), and new cars are way, way overpriced, that leaves renting as the only option for most. It won't end well. Theses great sales numbers are smoke and mirrors, like everything else.
But how anyone could give GM a dime at this point is beyond me...
