This is literally four houses down from me.. The "squatters" are a lovely ghetto family that did a mortgage scam on the house and were stealing cable, trash service ect anything they could get thier hands on. I caught the douchebag one night at 11:45PM stealing my neighbors wireless internet. Cops came and took his ass to jail for I believe three outstanding warrants. I CAN NOT believe this assholes have the balls to pull this, do we need a Motown Militia meeting to get rid of these clowns?
 
That is fucked up. That guy has some serious self control to be sooo calm.

I would want to kick the door in and move the mother fuckers out....

I heard this is the new scam...cash for keys. it is the quickest way to get them out.

man that sucks...how do you steal someone wireless internet??
 
I'm thinking more like bullets for keys right now... They were stealing thier wireless internet since one of the neighbors didnt secure thier network properly.
 
some of us should go "move in" with them. im sure after a couple of epic "parties" the squaters will move out.

You and the rest of my street... we are LIVID... we've had to deal with a bunch of mortgage fraud here. The REALLY sad thing is EVERY black family that has moved to this street did so as a mortgage scam. Even one family that we all thought was perfect, nice, outgoing, religious and friendly ect.. They were in on it too... So its REALLY skewed alot of peoples views on race around here..

Ummm, if I had the deed to the house and it was signed off by the city. I would have a locksmith open the door, then walk in with my shotgun and order them all out of MY HOUSE!!! If they wanted to argue with me, I would then only have to evict the corpses...

wow...i cant believe that shit.. one question though, didnt the guy who baught this house, go inside of it and check it out first? im a little confused on how the hell these people ar squatting there.
 
im buying a house right now and ive been in it probably 4 times so far and we havent even closed yet. i cant see that guy not going in the house before closing.

Apparently what happened was the people moved out right before the house was sold/closed then moved BACK in LOL I didnt see this but some of the other neighbors caught it at night LOL
