You knew it was coming... Samsung Galaxy S4

Nice article about the performance of the S4. http://bgr.com/2013/03/19/galaxy-s-4-iphone-5-comparison-performance-385274/

I'm still pissed the s3 in the states is only a dual core,
and the s3 overseas is a quad core.

WTF

The subsidized S3 is the neutered phone with a dual-core. If you ante up the dough and get an unlocked GSM S3, you get the full monte. $650 up front and $50 to $60 per month for service isnt bad at all. Compare that to $200 on contract plus $100 per month for 24 months. In the long term, youre spending $2600 for a neutered on-contract phone. If you buy an unlocked S3, you get the full feature set that will set you back about $2000 for the phone plus 2 years worth of service ;)

I like my iphone 5. I'd like to have a little bigger screen, maybe 4.3-4.6in. I thought the 4.8in s3 was just at the edge of a pocketible phone. At 5.3in, you might as well just get a mini tablet.

Once you have it for a few days, Its a normal sized phone. Kyle carries around a note, it looks like a normal phone he has had it for a while now.

Lots of clever software features, but design wise, not too much different than the S3. It almost seems like they've adopted the Apple way of business, with a major refresh every other year.

That said, I'll probably pick up either this, the HTC One, or the X phone later this year. I think the One beats it in design, but HTC needs to get their shit together quick.

I wish the specs of the next Iphone would leak lol. Im up for an upgrade in June and I think I may get the S4 unless Apple does something revolutionary.

This is true. After one day, I was use to it. Now anytime I pick up ANYONE's phone and look at the screen, I think its too small. iPhones are actually laughable. I have to zoom in to read text on a web page.

Duel cameras filming. I cant believe you fuckwads didn't think of better uses for this feature. Right away, I thought...Awesome dragstrip videos. The thing I HATE the most about watching someones race video at the track, is the person filming has to follow the car with the camera. You can take this phone, set it up to watch the car launch, then it rips by you, and now your filming tail lights and track times with out moving the camera. Its much more cinematic. I'm sure Samsung will release a commercial with some crazy use for the duel cameras.

I wonder what kind of processing speed the Note 3 will have. I have a Note 2 and it's quad core. I heard Note 3 was going to a 6.5" screen. (Note 2 has 5.5) I'm stoked. I'll welcome a larger screen any day.

OK, I am definitely not a phone geek so help me out here. I prefer andriod and smaller, pocketable screen sizes. I have always had HTC phones and Im always disappointed. I currently have a Rezound and dropped it last night so the screen is fucked. Time to move on.... I want something fast and RELIABLE. The HTC setups always suck for reliablilty. I dont want to plunk down a huge wad of cash either.

Whos your service provider and whats your spending limit?

i have the iphone 5. my buddy has the s3

my internet loads way faster
my youtube works better
everything is more resposive compared to the s3

only thing the s3 has better then a iphone is the pictures. THATS IT!

I've noticed that in my work, a lot of people (who also have Verizon) don't get service when my iPhone does. Or theirs is much weaker than mine. How do two phones pulling the same signal get different service when setting next to each other?
