Yeah...where's the memorial?

I would assume that since they are still sifting the grounds looking for remains, they arent going to build it yet.
 
they were done lookin for remains a few years ago, monday they said the base for the freedom tower is being started already, and wtc 7 is already rebuilt

I was told they were sifting as of 4 months ago.
