WTF? Trade in?

We just bought a new car at the end of February (Pacifica 2007) and I received a notice from the dealership in the mail. It says they want to buy back my vehicle and they've been selected as a site to conduct a special test market buy back event.

"We're in desperate need to acquire several pre owned Pacifica models by 4/29 in order to fulfill special requests. Our managers have been authorized to buy it back at above market prices."

"We would like to exchange your Chrys Pac for any new 2010 Chry/Jeep/Dodge car/truck/van suv. Little to no out of pocket expenses and it could lower monthly payments."

It SEEMS legit as far as the letter goes, but I'm new to the car dealership buying thing.
Anyone heard of this? Scam? Legit? WTF is up??
 
yeah theyll give you a decent trade in on it and you get to buy a more expensive car with stretched out payments so you are spending less per month, but for like 6-7 years

not a scam per say, but misleading

call them up saying that youll be happy to sell it back, but only want the cash to go buy yourself a new ford edge, see how they like that
