WTF just happened?

I got a phone call from an unknown name and number. My dad's work comes up that way so I typically answer it. When I answer, some woman starts talking to me about how Granholm is a disgrace to women everywhere. It's a sad recording, but I listen to the whole minute long thing just for the hell of it expecting to get some info on who is spamming my house with recordings. Nothing though. She just kept rambling about how she was ashamed at Granholm and that Granholm was terrible last night. mentioned something about how I should go get the newspapers as they all had something terrible to say about Granholm in them. Anyway. it just end suddenly. no "this message has been paid and approved for by Dick Devos blah blah blah" Just gone. That was wierd. Anyone else get one of these calls?

Didn't get that one; but I did get a call from someone wanting me to support the push to make the MPAA stricter for ratings and kids.

it was kind of funny, she wanted to talk to the woman in the house (which there is none). like she knew that talking to a guy about it would be pointless. lol. started asking if I thought ratings could stand to be tougher; and that the standards have been slipping on what they allow in a given rating. she then asked if I agree, and I said I dont know, I thought disney did a good job of making kids shows. She then hung up on me, lol.

Yeah even on the do-not-call list, political phone calls are allowed..... Those are the only messages I get now. I don't even bother to listen...DELETE! Although some loan consolidation company still calls my work cell. I should report it and cause them some heavy fines cause I put my work phone on the do not call list too.
