I got mine 5-6 years ago at Home Depot for like $59.00. Did 2 kitchens, 2 baths and loaned it out a few times. Still works great.

Do you remember which brand you bought? I saw they had a workforce one, and a husky.

you plan on cutting any Granite tiles or harder material? or just your standard ceramics tiles?

I just bought the Husky one on sale for $109 a couple of weeks ago, has a laser and makes miter cuts too.
