WTB: rear bumper brackets - 99-2007 Sierra/Silverado

I am looking for a nice set of rear bumper brackets for my 2000 (GMT800) 1/2 ton GMC Sierra 4x4. Anyone have a set?

1999-2007 classic 1500 series should be the same

did you get rear ended? need a bumper too, or just brackets? I am thinking about going to a roll pan.

Hey.
Not rear ended, I backed up into a ditch a few weeks back and my hitch receiver ball went under the concrete - felt like a real tool :lol:
Looks like the bumper brackets took the brunt of the damage. I'll know more once I get it apart and lined up.

Hey Joe, I just checked my aftermarket parts book. They don't show the brackets available. They should a complete bumper assy. with pads, brackets and everything....go figure...the thing is pricey. List is $492+ tax, I get a discount and keep my customers under that. IF you get in a huge jam the whole assy. is $375+ tax for you.

Went to Buff Whelan today, they had all four brackets in stock. bought two inners, I'll take it apart next week and see what I have here...

Found a nice set of used brackets from a member of FSC who happens to live a few miles from me
