How small? I have a 20hp johnson that was on my 1436 flat bottom.

It's a small flat bottom that I was using a trolling motor, but depending on the river current, it wouldn't move up stream.

if you want to work on 1, i have a 50 hp 20 inch shaft merc 2003 from my pontoon, elec fire that took out volt reg and some wiring. 150 cash and come get it prop and all
