Size doesn't really matter too much since we are adding a new door/frame to a wall on the side of our building.

A swing out would probably be preferred but it doesnt matter to be honest.

just looking for an all steel heavy duty commercial style door.

Darkostoj I am sure you'll want it with the frame. So make sure to get the frame or expect to pay $$$ to get one made or build one yourself.

Come look at mine... Make your own... Do a swing out with a overlap... That way if they take a tow truck or stolen car they will ram it and work against the heavy duty door...

Or if they try and hook up chains they won't have no where to hook up too... The hooks will break before the door...
