I need a F250 ECU

the truck is 4x4. 351w, auto with the overdrive on the dash. last 3 letter on the ecu i have is pba. i need one ASAP thanks guys
 
the actual ford part # is FOTZ-12A650-BPA. discontinued in 2004. no dealers show stock. green sales has no stock either. g/l......a/m here we come.
