wtb car or trucks that need egine work

Looking for a vehicle (95 and newer) that needs an engine or any kind of engine work. Want something that is realivley clean not something that is all rusted or beat to hell. Might consdier trucks or SUVs that are a little older but in good shape.

let me know what you have and some details about it
 
My bro has a '95 Cutlass Cierra, 3100 V6 that windowed the block. Little bit of rust starting in the usual places but pretty clean overall. Newish heads, a little over 100K original miles. Rebuilt the top half of the motor a little while ago and then the rod went.
 
we got a 95(i think) buick regal. Everything is in great shape, but it doesnt run. It was my mom's old car and its been sitting at our shop for like 5 years.
