WTB C4 Flywheel

Oh i didnt know that. But to be honest im not sure what tooth and balance mean. I just know i need one of a 289.

I stock some, but you need tooth count, year, if its a 289 it will be a 28 oz.
If you know exactly what vehicle the engine & trans is from it will be easy to look up.

Either a 157 or 164...28oz balance. You can also measure the bolt holes and that will tell you 157 or 164.

Like measure from hole to hole?

do you have a flywheel right now? if not then what bellhousing are you using, a big bell or small bell? what converter do you have? measure you converter from center of bolt to bolt. see if its 10.5 or 11 3/8 apart. then you will know what tooth it is, 157=10.5in one and then you know what one you need. detroit gearbox alreayd said you need a 28oz so all you need is the number of teeth. go to d&e in hazel park on 10mile and get you a brand new one for $30.

I got a flywheel from a junkyard, could i just count the teeth to see which one it is?
