Hello I'm looking for a replacement 5.3 motor for my 09 suburban, if someone has a good running used engine I'm interested, pm or post price and mileage. Also interested in a crate or remain if anyone has a hook up.
 
Check to see if you have an aluminium or iron block.this determine which 5.3 you have.07 and up engines were different from the earlier model 5.3 that were price lower.the eighth vin digit will tell you which engine you also have. it may be cheaper just to rebuild yours.

It's a lc9, 8th digit is 3.
I'm interested in a 6.0 depending on what all I would have to swap
