dunno, without the specs of the accident or interior pics.. that doesnt look too good from an engineering standpoint. either wrecks do.

I'd guess that was a HARD hit.
Passenger compartment and pillars look excellent. Front and rear ends are made to crumple. Looks like a success to me.

I know that trees/poles tear through cars like a hot knife through butter, but that passenger door doesn't say much about chassis rigidity. The pillars look good though. Maybe energy was transferred through the door?

Still trying to figure how a front right impact would make the front left hub snap like that...

My guess is the pass door was opened by the jaws of life, hence that nice crumple zone around the latch. That thing peels the metal like a tin can.

I would have to agree there. You catch a curb right, you can take out a whole knuckle.
