Here are most of the Ford part numbers, the rest can be looked up by any Ford dealer. The are standard parts for the 97+ F150.

The last four number there should be the rest of the pulleys needed but the discription on the box just says pulley. Depending on your setup you may need to buy 2 of the tensioner assemblys, but you will only use the pulleys off of them. Then you need to space the bracket of off the front cover .280", Vortech sells the spacers for that. The tensioner will need to be spaced off of the front cover .140". Then you need the proper size blower pulley for the blower speed needed, you can buy them from Procharger, Vortech, and many other companys. I know some stuff needs to be done differently from car to car depending on the the kit used and the year of the front cover. My car is a 98 Cobra with a Vortech T-trim. I had to make a spacer to space the ideler of of the front cover(I don't remember the thickness). I also had to do some machining to the Vortech bracket and make spacers for the the Vortech ideler as it was not properly aligned. I decided to use an Inovators West 8" damper instead of the f-150 part to get more belt wrap and get the blower speed where I wanted it. Another problem I just had today with the setup, is that the blower pulley is partialy overlaping the alternator case and sits very close(mabee .010 off of it). When the blower was under load today on the dyno, it actualy pulled the pulley in to the alternator causing the belt to break. I am not sure if the Procharger sits that close to the alternator or not. It will be fixed tomorrow and hopfully it will hold. It was making 18-19lbs at 5500rpm with the rubbing before braking. In the end GI Joes kit is a fair price but you can piece it togeather for less than he charges.
