I drove the Z to work today. It was still 35* when I left the house at 6:30. Trying to get the rear tires to hook up so I could hit the ramp to 96 was pretty interesting (aka sideways).

I went out there Friday night and made a pass. Was kinda pissed cause I got pulled over the second I entered 696 on the way there. Apparently trying to get around two a-holes going 40mph on the freeway is considered improper lane usage, at least that's what the nice state policeman told me. I thought it was illegal to drive under 55mph on the freeway, but I guess that isn't as dangerous. Might also have something to do with the fact that my car was all shined up and sounds a little louder with my new axlebacks. Now I gotta pay $100+ and try to avoid points.

I missed all the August cruising and the actual cruise this year. Remodeling kitchen I guess will do that. I had no time to go out. I hope to get out early this year IF this weather warms up.
