No but could easily be added. Radiant heat with thermostat, hot and cold water, utility tub, hose outlets, cable, phone, work bench, all drywalled and insulated, pneumatic system, dedicated 60 amp subpanel with 220V for welder. Nice little work area.

I was out last night...had a lot of fun. Met Mike in his 86 Regal. Super cool guy (along with his brother, too).

I will probably be out Friday night.

Unfortunately we no longer have a standard place to meet. We used to but that building got torn down and is now the vitamin shop and taken over with ricers. So we usually have groups of people all over the place. I usually stay just north of RO so they don't bother us. But later this week we will have the Motown lot at 11 mile (SW corner just south of the flower shop) as an available place to meet up and hang out.
 
I was just out and shell had 5 cars already parked sitting with lawn chairs hanging out.

But the plaza lot on 13 had a ton of cars parked and ppl.
 
Southbound in Birmingham is a parking lot right now due to an accident near Lincoln blocking two lanes on top of all the cars out already
 
I was just thinking, Pontiac might not be as much fun this year since the Oakland County Sheriff has taken over patrol.
