I'm out of pocket about $1900.00 plus whatever the plumber charges me.
I need to figure out if I can shoehorn more cars in there.:dontknow:
 
I was wondering if the landlord was paying for the plumber or if that came out of your pocket. That sucks...... But at least there will be working bathrooms!
 
It is coming out of our pocket. The lease states that there is no water. Of course when we first called about the building there was suppose to be water. I don't think the landlord was aware that the city turned off the water due to busted pipes. At this point the lot is fully paid for, but I doubt that any money will be made back. But we will have bathrooms, and that is important.
 
Nice work on filling the lot up. I count 20 spots sold on the list (counting the two of your own). Not sure what plumber rates are but it wouldn't seem as if you did too bad monetarily with 18 spots sold to others at 125 per spot.

Yeah what time? I gotta go sign some divorce paperwork and can swing by the lot afterwards. I was planning to help clean up. Should I call Jim before I head that way to confirm you guys are there?
 
Yeah, give him a call. He isn't home right now and I don't know what his plans are and he has the key.

Tony was aware...The water was included in our lease when I had the building.
For the price you paid, I would make sure those pipes are returned to the way they where, when you give the keys back!
Give these guys a call....I took care of them one year by hanging there banners on the outside of the building and passing out there fliers...They comped me a few exhaust systems that where worth $600, You can ask for cash in exchange? http://www.pypesexhaust.com/

Not sure, I think 20 is about the limit so unless Alex wants to cut loose of the spots I'm holding for him it's sold out.
On a brighter note the plumber finished up yesterday.
The two bathrooms in the bay near Woodward work.
The one in the office where the roof caved in doesn't.
I'd like to meet up there friday night with as many people as possible to sort of map spots out with our cars so we know for sure exactly how many spaces we have.
 
Trust me, we will want to find room for the Ultima! Ha ha. It will definitely draw a crowd. Here is Ed's car. It was in a Calendar this year.

Friday night is our daughter's 16th birthday (hands off!!) Since we will be having a houseful of teenagers I will not be at the lot Friday night. I believe Jim will be out there. I'll be back out on Saturday. We are really going to have to start policing the lot.
