If anyone is interested, please let us know. The sooner we collect the money, the sooner we get the keys.
We spoke to the owner yesterday. Once we give him a deposit and get the keys we have the lot until the end of September.

I will be buying a spot. Just waiting to hear back from my dad and his carclub guys coming from NY to see if they wanted spots again. I will try to find out this weekend if I can.

heck any night... at minimum we'll need some heavy duty trash bags, a few 5 gallon containers of water, maybe a guy who knows a bit about plumbing (the water's curenlty out) the owner says he seems to recall a pipe burst over the winter:dontknow: I think I'll head over a little later and check it out.

got it, Carm will update the paid list after dinner.
I'll be there tomorrow @ 7pm with a plumber to look at the pipes.
Were going up there in a few to chek it out, if you want to stop by let me know.
So far cleaning night looks like it might be Thursday.
 
Got another spot that you will be getting the money for tonight. Another friend of my coming from NY. Good times!
 
The plumber and I were there last night and we can't find the main water valve it should be out in the front by the grass or in the parking lot. He's going to call the city today and see if there is a bill owing or to see if they turned it off because they couldn't get access to read the meters.
 
waters back on, we found 4 burst pipes, we should have it all repaired by tomorrow.:33:
 
I don't really need a "spot"... I'll most likely be rolling around on the CBR and just popping in and out. Do motorcycles get a discounted price? :D
