Woodeward Lot... Spots for rent

These are next to the party store I rented a few years ago so plenty of ice, beverages and overflow parking if need be.
I need to get with Sal but my intention is to have the food/buffet inside like last year rather than just an outside BBQ

Hey Carm, spoke to Doug and told him to hold off on his 15+ spots which would of cut our price in half... Also the funeral home called me and said I can have all there spots next year.. Hopefully they'll keep there word OR I kinda like being closer to 13 anyways.

Awesome. We will work with you Sal for next year and move the official lot back north. :cool:
 
We'd like to get a spot at this lot (and we also have spots at the other one which is perfect for us). We are going to have several people going up and down with bikes and our stickered-up van so multiple home bases would be awesome. If anyone knows of any spaces at even more northern lots, we'd be interested in that as well.

How do I lock in a spot?

Anyone else just an FYI you can catch up with us out of Woodward this week or contact me, Carm or Sal for my PayPal info but unless the spots are paid we're not holding them.

I'll have a choice between either OR both lots next year.. even the one we got this year, we were offerd the party store too for additional 20+ spots.. 40+ cars we could of fit on both, seating up againts the curb, close to 13 mile, AND 4 nites of use! Cant get any better

Just a quick update. Only a few spots left. Hurry and reserve your spot now.

Also, if demand is high enough, we have the option for renting the lot next door.

If we have to bail on the 11 mile lot, we may be coming to you for some spots..... Not sure what is gonna happen there.

We'll fill it. Just tough 2 to fill when I"m allowing something else to be "pimped" at the same time with the same purpose.

You're right. I let u keep this thread up being nice when it directly competed with our lot after I told other people that wanted to do the same were told no. Being rude and disrespectful to me is a great way to repay me, Jim/ Andy and I already talked in person about it Friday so not really concerned with what u have to say at this point. Since you guys are all set on your lot, i'm gonna lock this thread down. Jim/Andy if you need anything, let me know!
