Won a small claims... advice on how do I collect?

Shoot me a PM with his name, date of birth, address, ssn, any other info you have on him.

I'll pull a asset report for you.

Then you can file paperwork to intercept state income ta return, seize personal property, intercept wages...
the best is when a court officer shows up at his house and start taking his personal property out of the house and on to the trailer. the officers get paid first when it is auctioned off and then you get the rest.

Depending on what type of business he has, you may not be able to get anything from the business.

I sent the court officers today to collect. I couldn't use Sal's guy, he's not on the approved list for the city of Detroit. But they collected the full amount of the judgement. I guess the threat of then padlocking the store and holding an auction there was enough for them to finally pay. It's only been 3+ years.
