Thanks to Tony Lasky...I got my new Alternator and Starter cable. Hopefully this solves my charging/starting problems.

Got some jobs accomplished this weekend.

More wiring fixes are completed.....I put on the new alternator cable and fixed the connector. I ran a new starter cable as well....I covered both with the flexible heat sleeve. I also realized I completely out of room on the starter solenoid....so I will source one this week. I heard that the NAPA brand has 1"terminals vs. my 1/2' now.

I also set the turbo in place. I will bolt it down next and once the the plate comes in I can get an idea of what needs to change on the charge pipe.

Good News/Bad News.....found this last night:

I drained the radiator and passenger side core plug last fall, but I couldn't get the drivers side core plug loose......looks like next time I will have to drain both.......so new freeze plug this weekend it it! Lets hope the damage is contained to just the freeze plug.

Good news, got this today......one of the last peices of the puzzle! This should help reduce 60ft time down into the 1.30's. The dry nozzle was maxed out....this will spray up to 250hp with the solenoids I bought!

I'm gonna add special nut on to the current relay, but if anyone wants to know....I struck out at NAPA....but the Ford part number is SW-1951-C for the long terminal relay.

weekend update:

after I installed the plate I realized that this weird flange that serves no purpose is now hitting the hood. Thanks to BBR....the flange is now gone:

nitrous solenoids are mounted and plumbed for the most part. I still need to wire them up and reconfigure the FAST so that when the NOS turns off it shuts off the pink POWER ADDER ENABLE fuction so I can use the timing retard.

New freeze plug in. When I was removing the old one it got knocked into the block.....I ended up losing it and spent about an hour searching for it with a coat hanger.

small updates from this weekend. Got the idler pulley done...this should help with the slipping belt on the water pump. I now am chasing down a 57.5-58" belt.

I ordered the last little bits to finish the nitrous purge...that will be done next weekend. I also plan to start it up next weekend.
