Winter upgrades to the sweater-vest Stang!

Had those on my Tahoe, ebay sells em for like 10 for $20 or something like that. I liked them. Only thing is if you install in on an exterior light that blinks with the turn signals (marker, etc) you might need a digital flasher which is like $10.
 
So jays on the dyno, adding nitrous, new headers and who knows what else. Raj is probably don't ng more dumb shit since he has a serious case of ADD, and you're installing LED's????
 
Got the dash pad off and the template for the gauge plate. I really wanted to buy one from Jon at Gaugeplates.com....but it appears he is out of business.....so I will be making my own. I have a CAD guy at work that will draw it up in IDEAS and send an IGS file over to Roy Cole who will wire EDM the plate.

Here are some pics of the template.
It will hold 2 x 2-1/16 gauges (Boost and Fuel Pressure) and have 4 switches. NOS On, Purge, OD on and Lock Up.

I think I figured out my charging problem. I'm using a 3G alternator....but it appears way back in the day I must have not upgraded the feed wire......this is what I found when I cut back the loom:

I'm going to replace it with a 2 gauge wire.....instead of the 12 gauge wire that was there. It was melted and most likely is the cause.....cross my fingers.
 
Got some parts in today. Got my 5.5" to 5" coupler for the air filter.

Had the needle pop off on the boost gauge....sent it to Autometer and they repaired and shipped back to me for free.....damn good customer service
