Winter storage recommendations?

I haven't done any research yet, looking for ideas from folks with experience in storage facilities. I'm in Rochester Hills so it would be good if close by, but up to half hour drive probably ok. Looking for secure indoor storage, heated not necessary. Since I don't officially "winterize" the car, I like the ability to start it and operate everything, move it back and forth etc, to keep everything lubed up and working. Anyone have any recommendations? Any chance something like this is around for about $100/month?

I might have room in my barn but am closer to 40min (or more) from you. Shauna usually parks her GTO in there during the winter too.

Just about and self storage will work, don’t forget to add dryer sheets to the engine and around the car to keep the rodents away.

Dryer sheets are very short lived, they don't work.
Moth balls are the way to go, smelly, but they last.
