House painters or Siding recommendations?

I have a house that's mostly brick, with about 5 squares of aluminum siding. The siding is in good shape, but some of the staples have popped, the caulking to the brick needs to be redone, and needs a coat of paint.
Any recommendations on house painters that can do some minor repairs and caulk?

Other option is to have it re-sided. We are looking at board and batten, but are not committed to it either. All the quotes have come in pretty high, and the quotes have some pretty steep cost/square installed, like 70-80% of the cost is labor.

I'd like to see what makes more sense, as well as get some better quotes on siding. Any recommendations? Farmington Hills, if location matters.

I'm going to piggy back on this also. Same deal here, home is mostly brick but I have some small areas of siding I'd like replaced.
