I need a windshield for a 90 lx hatch. My hood flew up and broke mine today

how does a hood fly up I've never personally understood that... Were you driving around without it latched thinking the lil flimsey metal so called saftey latch would hold it down?

The hood latch assembly completely broke. I've never seen it happen before. Ill try to get pics in a bit
