Windshield chip repair

Does anyone have any recommendation for chip repair? I took a stone (I think) to the center of the windshield today on my 2013 F150. I know Toms Autoglass is great for whole windshield replacement but Im not sure on chip repair options.

Close to 16 and Gratiot area would be preferred.
