So when I reformated my laptop I must have deleted Windows media center. Now I need it for tv Tuner. How can I fix it?

Im pretty sure it should come pre installed on Windows XP Media center edition, Vista Home premium (or above), and Windows 7. I dont know of any way of that you can just install the media center. I could be wrong though.
