According to a database I found the 69-73 Mustang is 5x4.5" bolt pattern. And the 64-66 is the same 5x4.5" bolt pattern.
And the wheels are 99-04 which also says 5x4.5 on the database. The only issue you may find is backspacing. My 99 Camaro rims fit my dad's 69 bolt pattern but the back spacing was way different. They tucked too far under the 69.
Im pretty sure the bolt patters will work but the problem may be with the back spacing. I know my 2004 Bullitts bolted to the back of a 73 Mach 1 but the fronts didnt fit because od the backspacing.
I would also check the hub bore diameters. Particularly if you DO go with spacers.
The wheel forces are meant to pass to the hub bores, not just the studs.

All cars are meant to be hub centric, you can get hub fillers/spacers and most whel tire shops. I know when i was at belle tire we had them. Just takes a little measuring. SOme cars are more sensitive than others to this issue though, so most don't notice it.
